By requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We provide professional relocation solutions including household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, warehousing, storage, and international moving. The availability of services may vary depending on destination, operational feasibility, and applicable regulations.

Customers may request a survey or quotation through our website, telephone, email, or customer support. Quotations are prepared using the information provided by the customer and remain valid for the specified period. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of any required advance payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, declaring valuable or fragile items, ensuring safe access to pickup and delivery locations, and obtaining any necessary permissions. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.

For safety and legal compliance, we do not transport explosives, hazardous chemicals, firearms, illegal goods, flammable materials, cash, jewellery, precious metals, confidential documents, or any items prohibited by applicable law.

Our trained professionals use high-quality packing materials and industry-standard handling practices to protect your belongings. Every shipment is handled with care; however, transit conditions beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers may cancel a booking by informing us before the scheduled moving date. Refund eligibility and cancellation charges depend on the stage of booking, resources allocated, and services already performed.

All prices are based on the approved quotation. Any additional services, changes in inventory, waiting time, storage requirements, or route modifications may result in additional charges. Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Transit insurance is available upon request and is subject to the insurer's terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to insure valuable belongings to reduce financial risk during transportation.

Any claim for loss or damage must be reported within the prescribed claim period after delivery, together with supporting evidence. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any applicable insurance coverage.

Estimated delivery schedules are provided for planning purposes only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

We collect and process customer information only for providing our relocation services. Personal information is protected through appropriate security measures and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
